PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 10–15 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before dispatch.

Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time. Business days do not include weekends or public or national holidays.

Please note that the shipping time selected at checkout does not override the stated processing time.

Tracking information and dispatch updates will only be provided once your order has completed processing and has been dispatched.

Seda Noir ships orders from the UK to customers within the UK and internationally.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping services available for your order.

Domestic — United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days after processing
Priority Delivery: next business day after processing

Carrier: Royal Mail

International

Standard Delivery: Approximately 7–15 business days after processing
Priority Delivery: 5–10 business days after processing

Carrier: DHL Express

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

We do not offer free shipping unless a free-shipping promotion is currently active.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active and update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

If your tracking information does not update immediately, this does not necessarily indicate a problem with your shipment.
